Why I loved '08:
I saw Good Charlotte open up for Jesse McCartney, and then the next day I had lunch with UnderOATH. Life is pretty much complete.

Why I hated '08:
I'm sick of all the douchebag metalcore bands that come through here. I would like poppunk and other totally rad shows to come to Memphis. But no, fuck that, that's not the majority of our scene. Fuck the scene.

Why I'm looking forward to '09:
Um, Barack Obama will be the president, I'll be seventeen, Amy Poehler's getting her own TV show, and I'm vowing to make it a better year than this one. Yep yep.
